Mario Paquette

Mario is recognized as someone who encourages innovation and creativity in the search for continuous improvement towards achieving the highest safety standards and in compliance with quality, productivity and cost control requirements.

He has 30 years of experience in the field of occupational health and safety and human resources management and studied at the University of Sherbrooke in the field of management as well as at the Cégep de St-Hyacinthe where he completed a college diploma in production/control.

He has also completed numerous advanced training courses in the field of human resources and health and safety, including problem solving, training needs analysis, accident investigation and analysis, behavior-based prevention, trainer training, change leadership, auditing, and effective meetings.
