Our work in the pharmaceutical industry is relatively recent. Since 2015, we have been offering a training program aimed at developing leaders’ health and safety and quality competencies in order to move their organization towards a culture of excellence. Complementary to this program, we also support the pharmaceutical industry in carrying out manager safety visits through a training workshop and on-the-job coaching. These projects are still active today in more than 30 countries.
