Frédéric Huard

Frédéric has 25 years of experience in large manufacturing and metallurgical companies in leadership roles in the fields of occupational health and safety, continuous improvement and operations.

Possessing a great sense of analysis, which, in combination with his diverse experiences, make him a very active promoter and agent of change, from the development to the implementation of strategies. He is also recognized for his human and empathetic coaching approach because for him, the development of employees and managers takes place in an environment of trust and sharing.

He graduated from Laval University in Chemical Engineering and from the University of Quebec in Montreal with a Master of Business Administration (MBA for executives), in addition to holding the Lean - 6 Sigma Black Belt and Kaizen facilitator certification. He has also completed numerous development training courses in health and safety, change management and continuous improvement. In particular, he has training in operations management and quality assurance at Laval University and obtained the title of internal and external quality system auditor in addition to having completed the Leadership skills development program.

Leadership development is central to his approach to fostering change and continuous improvement in health and safety performance. Frédéric fosters and promotes impactful leadership, demonstrated through rigorous management and an intolerance of risk.
