Marie Teixeira

Marie’s professional background is rooted in guiding leaders through change and building strong teams — whether through consulting, coaching, or designing practical training programs. She works with organizations around the world, creating lasting impact by focusing on actionable skills that drive results while respecting local cultures.

Before entering the consulting field, Marie held senior leadership roles at Domtar, McKesson, the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, and the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). She played a key role in helping organizations thrive during times of transition, leading restructuring efforts and facilitating strategic planning initiatives.

Marie is trilingual (English, French, and Portuguese). A graduate of McGill University, she blends her academic background in labour relations and organizational development with extensive hands-on experience and multiple certifications — enabling her to deliver solutions that are both insightful and practical.
