Ivanca Lalancette

Ivanca has nearly fifteen years of experience in the field of occupational health and safety, mainly in the manufacturing sector.

A graduate in kinesiology from Laval University and holder of a certificate in occupational health and safety from UQAC, she also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and as a Kaizen facilitator, thus strengthening her skills in performance management and continuous improvement.

With her professional experience in the manufacturing sector and her personal experience traveling with her family and sailing around the world, she is recognized for her creativity, curiosity, and adaptability. Her professional background is distinguished by a human-centered approach, which allows her to effectively support companies in implementing risk prevention programs. Ivanca has led numerous projects aimed at establishing a strong and sustainable OHS culture, implementing critical risk management strategies and conducting OHS culture audits at various sites.
