He has implemented numerous behavior-based safety processes in large and medium-sized companies. The tools he has developed, combined with his extensive experience, allow him to work effectively. An experienced trainer and coach, his interventions contribute to developing strong leadership skills thanks to his great ability to support management teams and interact with executives and employees at all levels of the company. He successfully designed and implemented a behavior-based quality improvement process that ran simultaneously in several different countries and at over 200 sites, including the United States, Mexico, Canada, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Spain, and Oman.
